changes. That includes the 9-11 incidents
(2001), the Bali Bombing (2002), the SARS epidemic (2003) and the continuing
war in Iraq (2003-2004). These incidents has devastated the business world,
created havoc in the social matrix and mistrust in the geo-political structure
of the world.
