Encik ARIFFIN
HASSAN is the Managing Director, and Founder of PDN Resources (M) Sdn Bhd. He
was graduated from Liverpool John Moore’s University, United Kingdom in Cost
and Builiding Management. He has worked for Liverpool Housing Trust, United
Kingdom, a Consultancy firm before joining MARA Institude of Technology (ITM)
as a lecturer. As a lecturer, he was actively involved in the Teaching and
Learning Resouces Centre which conducts training and consultancy.
Over
the last 10 years training, he has conducted in Malaysia, brunei, Singapore,
and Indonesia. His area of expertise is in Change Management, High Impact
Leadership Skill, Corporate Customer Service and Performance Improvement
through Empowerment. He continously runs programme for technical organisations
in Management for Technical Personnel, Negotiation Techniques, Project Management
and Contract Administration.
He
has conducted training for Hitachi Consumer Products, PROTON, Asean Bintulu
Fertilizer, MOTOROLA, SAPURA HOLDINGS, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Sabah Electrical
Board, Pasdec Corporation, Malaysia Liquified Natural Gas Sdn. Bhd, Bintulu
Development Authority, Ministry of Industrial Development, Kerajaan Negara
Brunei Darussalam, Central Bank of Malaysia, Sapura Holdings, Hong Leong Bank
and P.T. Waskita Karya, Jakarta.
He
has been the Vice President of the Institude of Organisation Development (IOD)
and also the Secretary General in the Malaysia Association of Management and
Administration (MASMA). He has also obtained his Post Graduate Education from
Hull University in Human Resouces Management.
